With over a quarter century of experience, Diana P. Duarte has built a reputation on honesty and integrity, but perhaps what her experience has taught her was an importance of offering a full service real estate office to her valued clients. In addition to being a real estate broker, Mrs. Duarte has been a licensed insurance broker for 39 years. She is also a certified real estate instructor.

Diana P. Duarte has a staff of 15 sales agents. Many of them are licensed brokers, and some have been with Mrs. Duarte since she first opened the agency in 1974. "We started out as a very much family oriented office", said Mrs. Duarte. Many of her original agents were related to each other, and those who weren't became family. Mrs. Duarte credits the combination of personalities among her agents and their rapport with the community as important factors in the long time success of the agency. She also said her trustworthy and friendly agents are well rounded and capable of handling all phases of residential, co-ops, condo's, commercial sales and rentals, particularly in the northeast Queens neighborhoods of Whitestone, College Point, Flushing, Bayside, Douglaston and Little Neck as well as the Long Island sector. Some of her agents are fluent in Greek, Italian and Spanish in addition to English, enabling them to be especially helpful to a variety of clientele.

Diana is a member of the North Shore Multiple listing Service , the Long Island Multiple Listing Service, The North Shore Real Estate Board and The Long Island Board of Realtors. She also has a Bachelor of Science Degree. Her Husband Alfonso Duarte is a successful Real Estate Attorney as well as a Professional Engineer handling the removal of violations on extensions and additions on buildings, obtaining certificates of occupancy besides going before the Board of Standards and Appeals on variance cases. On a personal note, Diana P. Duarte reveals the secret of her logo created by her wonderful mother Matilda Sparagna long before she entered the field of real estate. As a young married adult her mother never mailed birthday cards to her or her sisters but instead she would personally draw her own stamp, one of which Diana chose to be her logo. "This drawing continues to remind me of the values my mother instilled in me as well as my four sisters." Diana recalls. Looking at the picture, the girl is larger than the house and could never fit inside, meaning she valued people more than possessions.
